My story

I did not know how to stop, until cancer stopped me.

I was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer, and in that moment I saw clearly how out of alignment my life had become. Before that, I was moving through every day at full speed: a two hour commute, a high pressure sales and marketing job, twin girls to raise, and a family to hold together. There was no space for me.

The diagnosis made me slow down and care for my spiritual and emotional self. I dove into meditation and energy work, and I learned to listen to my body, my own wisdom, and my intuition.

You do not have to go through something life threatening to see what is no longer working. You just need time to reflect and ask thought provoking questions. I hold space for you to explore, examine, and be real and raw, so you can start making decisions from your own authority and act on what is actually right for you.

That journey led me to train as a coach at the Co Active Training Institute and become certified in Intuition Medicine, so I could bring both practical structure and deep listening to the people I work with.

How I coach

I believe you are already whole, wise, and capable of finding your own answers.

Even when it does not feel that way. My role is to help create the conditions for your own clarity to surface, so you can move forward in a way that feels true to you. Warm, direct, and grounded. Room for the tender and the complicated, without getting lost in it.
